2) Paying Guest accommodation provided by Vibehomz may be subject to additional taxes as applicable by government policies and laws which may change or get updated from time to time.
3) Vibehomz do not hold any responsibility for the loss of personal belongings of the Paying Guest. The Paying Guest will be solely responsible for their personal belongings.
4) Physical well being. We will definitely try and provide will best possible assistance in case a need arises for any assistance related to sickness or injury, however, does not hold any responsibility for the personal well being of the resident. We though will provide best possible hygienic and safe environment while handing over the premises.
5) Electricity Consumed will be payable separately, based on the meter reading. Any foul play found with the meter reading will lead to security amount being confiscated and Termination of Agreement
6) Short Term Stay: Stays which are between 3-6 months.
7) Long Term Stay: Stays which are for 11 months.
8) Complimentary Meals: They are subject to rental paid by the individual. There are rental arrangements without meals too.
