All rooms are fitted with an electric meter, we bill you based on the reading and you pay, its that simple. These charges are usage based and are over and above your monthly rental. Electricity in common areas is taken care by the facility, however, access to these common areas could be restricted beyond certain time limit or could be chargeable extra depending on usage. 

Any student or a working professional beyond the Age of 18 is eligible to live in facilities provided by us. We do a stringent background check and Police Verification of our guests and post that you are assigned your room. 

 We provide stay for 11 months as per the agreement. But depending on availability you can still contact us for shorter stays which can be for a minimum of 3 months. 

Rent may increase in case of a renewal depending on prevailing situations but it wont change: increase or decrease during an existing agreement.  

We accept payments by all electronic mediums like Net Banking, Debit/Credit card, Paytm, Payu Money, PhonePe etc. Cash is accepted but is not a preferred mode of payment. Do not forget to take the receipt in case of cash payments duly stamped and signed by authorized signatory. 

We have taken great care to provide best in class amenities in all our properties. If any damage is caused beyond normal wear and tear we will put it right and simply charge you the cost of repairs/fix. This can also be adjusted from your security deposit. 

We offer the best locations near Metro Stations, bus stops, etc. Our facilities are within easy reach of university/places of study. All our properties are designed and purposely built for student living with fully furnished rooms, superb furnishings.  

All our stay home's are located in safe localities, we take great care in ensuring security and hence every home has a caretaker 24x7 to ensure safety. We do not allow any 3rd person within the premises.
